In a world that often overlooks queer minds, we believe your mental wellness matters just as much as your joy. Queer people face disproportionate mental health challenges studies show LGBTQ+ youth are more than twice as likely as their straight peers to experience persistent feelings of sadness or hopelessness. Transgender individuals are nearly four times as likely to experience a mental health condition compared to cisgender people. Even when they seek help, many face barriers like stigma, discrimination, and lack of affirming care.

What We Do,

Safe Mental Health Space We hold space physical & emotional for healing, we make sure no one has to stress alone. Sunday Reset One Sunday a month , we host a Reset session: a soothing, restorative gathering designed to help you pause, breathe, and recalibrate before the week starts. Think guided meditation, sharing circles, gentle music, journaling prompts whatever helps ease the mind and nourish the soul. Affirmation + Community Check-Ins Because seeing yourself reflected and heard is powerful. We do regular check-ins, affirmation practices, art or storytelling nights times to express, connect, and remind each other that we are loved, valid, and seen. Workshops & Tools for Mental Wellness We bring in , facilitators, yoga and wellness instructors and community-leaders to run artistic workshops on coping with anxiety, managing minority stress, building resilience, and creative self-care practices.
